No se permite el uso de publicidad enga\u00f1osa, SPAM, ni ninguna pr\u00e1ctica que pueda perjudicar la reputaci\u00f3n de la marca.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"1405\">21.3. Comisiones y Pagos:<br data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1000\" \/>Los afiliados recibir\u00e1n comisiones por las ventas generadas a trav\u00e9s de sus enlaces de afiliado \u00fanicos, conforme a las condiciones y porcentajes establecidos al momento de su inscripci\u00f3n. Los pagos se realizan mensualmente, siempre que se alcance el m\u00ednimo establecido. Nos reservamos el derecho de retener comisiones en caso de reembolsos, cancelaciones o detecci\u00f3n de actividad sospechosa o fraudulenta.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1646\">21.4. Uso de Materiales Promocionales:<br data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1452\" \/>Proporcionamos materiales promocionales que deben ser utilizados conforme a las directrices de marca. Est\u00e1 prohibido modificar logotipos o im\u00e1genes oficiales sin autorizaci\u00f3n previa por escrito.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1648\" data-end=\"2006\">21.5. Asimismo, nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar su participaci\u00f3n en el programa si se detecta incumplimiento de los t\u00e9rminos, inactividad prolongada o cualquier actividad considerada perjudicial para la empresa.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2008\" data-end=\"2263\">21.6. Propiedad Intelectual:<br data-start=\"2040\" data-end=\"2043\" \/>El uso de marcas registradas, logotipos y contenido de EXCURSIONES EN USHUAIA est\u00e1 limitado exclusivamente a fines promocionales dentro del marco del Programa de Afiliados, y no implica ning\u00fan tipo de cesi\u00f3n de derechos.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2265\" data-end=\"2648\">21.7. Modificaciones al Programa:<br data-start=\"2302\" data-end=\"2305\" \/>Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar en cualquier momento los t\u00e9rminos del Programa de Afiliados, incluyendo pero no limitado a porcentajes de comisi\u00f3n, condiciones de pago, o pol\u00edticas generales.
