From your arrival at the airport until your departure, we take care of taking you comfortably to and from your accommodation in Ushuaia, so your only concern is simply to enjoy.

Additionally, this package includes a complete City Tour so you can discover the most important and historical corners of Ushuaia.

📅 Día 1: Arrival in Ushuaia and City Tour through the southernmost city in the world

🛬 We welcome you at the airport

We will be waiting for you at the Airport to take you comfortably to your accommodation in Ushuaia, so that from the very first moment your only concern is enjoying the southernmost city in the world.

🏘️ City Tour: discovering Ushuaia

You will begin to discover its essence by visiting its panoramic viewpoints with unforgettable views, neighborhoods full of history, and taking your first photo at the Ushuaia sign. A perfect welcome, designed for you to have an authentic first encounter with the southernmost city in the world.

📅 Day 2: National Park + End of the World Train + Penguin Navigation

🌲🚂 In the morning: National Park and Train of the End of the World (approx. 08:00 hs)

Your second day is full of must-see adventures. We start early in the morning exploring the incredible Tierra del Fuego National Park, the only one in Argentina that combines forests, mountains, and sea in one place. We take you directly to discover its most emblematic spots: the famous Lapataia Bay, the beautiful Lake Acigami, Laguna Verde, and Ensenada Zaratiegui, the most captivating corners of the park.

Additionally, you will ride the famous End of the World Train, where you will relive in time and space the last 7 km of the original route daily traveled by the former prisoners of the Ushuaia Prison, crossing historical landscapes that marked the origins of the southernmost city in the world.

🐧 In the afternoon: Penguin Navigation (approx. 14:30 hs)

In the afternoon, it’s time for a unique experience: the unforgettable Penguin Navigation through the mythical Beagle Channel. You will have the opportunity to closely spot Magellanic and Gentoo penguins on Martillo Island, as well as enjoy sightings of sea lions on Sea Lions' Island, southern birds on Birds' Island, and the emblematic Les Éclaireurs Lighthouse (misnamed the End of the World Lighthouse), an undisputed symbol of Ushuaia.

At the end of this day full of emotions and landscapes that you will never forget, you will return comfortably to the city port, with the satisfaction of having experienced the best of the End of the World in a single day.

📅 Day 3: Unmissable 4x4 Lakes Tour – Adventure through the Great Lakes of Tierra del Fuego

Live a different kind of day exploring the most surprising landscapes of Tierra del Fuego in 4×4 vehicles. Forests, valleys, and mountain roads will lead you to discover the Great Lakes of Tierra del Fuego, in an adventure that combines nature, excitement, and the typical flavors of the End of the World.

You will enjoy the views of Carbajal Valley, visit a Siberian Husky kennel, be amazed by Lake Escondido from the Garibaldi Pass and feel the adrenaline of the off-road sections until reaching the imposing Lake Fagnano. There, an unforgettable experience awaits you: a regional appetizer with drinks, the ideal moment to relax and enjoy the immensity of the landscape.

And to close this experience, at Villa Las Cotorras, a historic winter center in Ushuaia, you will enjoy a full lunch with drinks included: the classic all-you-can-eat Fuegian lamb or delicious homemade options.

📅 Day 4: King Crab Route – Flavors of the Beagle Channel

The road combines National Route No. 3 and Provincial Route J, crossing native forests, the winding Lasifashaj River and the iconic Flag Tree.

In Puerto Almanza, you will get to know the lives of its fishermen and their daily connection with the sea. The finishing touch comes at a typical restaurant, where you will enjoy fresh flavors from the Beagle Channel and, in the premium option, the unmistakable king crab, one of the great delicacies of the south.

An experience that combines landscapes, stories, and gastronomy, to say goodbye to the End of the World in the best way.

THIS IS HOW YOUR 4 DAYS WILL BE:

📅 Day 1: Arrival in Ushuaia + City Tour

1. We welcome you at the airport.

We wait for you at the airport and take you comfortably to your accommodation so that you can start your stay with peace of mind from the very first moment.

2. City Tour: first contact with Ushuaia

We will pick you up from your accommodation to enjoy a first encounter with the southernmost city in the world.

During this Ushuaia City Tour you will:

  • Visit the main viewpoints with panoramic views of the city and its surroundings.
  • Explore historic neighborhoods full of charm and authentic stories.
  • Take your photo at the famous Ushuaia city sign, with the Beagle Channel, the port, and the mountains in the background.
  • Have your first encounter with the commercial and cultural heart of the city.

At the end, we will take you back to your accommodation so you can rest and prepare for the coming days.

📅 Day 2: National Park + End of the World Train + Penguin Navigation

1. In the morning: Tierra del Fuego National Park

Early in the morning, we will pick you up directly from your accommodation in Ushuaia to take you to discover the Tierra del Fuego National Park, the only national park in Argentina that brings together forest, sea, and mountains in one place, visiting its iconic points:

  • Lapataia Bay:
The end of National Route No. 3 and the Pan-American Highway, the same one that connects Ushuaia with Alaska, a symbolic point and one of the most sought-after photos by travelers: you will take the iconic photo with the sign, an internationally recognized symbol.

  • Roca / Acigami Lake:
A glacier-fed lake, shared with our Chilean neighbors. Its original name, Acigami, comes from the Yaghan indigenous people and means “elongated basket,” referring to the lake's shape. You will contemplate one of the largest and most beautiful bodies of water in the national park, famous for its absolute calm and the imposing mountains and forests that surround it.

  • Laguna Verde:
An emerald-colored lagoon surrounded by forests, a place that attracts travelers for the unique beauty of its waters and its views of Cerro Cóndor, the natural border between Argentina and Chile. A perfect corner to relax, breathe fresh air, and enjoy the natural essence of Ushuaia.

  • Ensenada Zaratiegui Bay:
With its historic pier, Ensenada Zaratiegui Bay is known for its panoramic views of the Beagle Channel, Redonda Island, and its flag tree forest. Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to visit the southernmost post office of the Correo Argentino.

2. End of the World Train

You will live the historical experience of the famous End of the World Train, reliving in time and space the last 7 kilometers of the original route that former prisoners used to travel every day from the Ushuaia Prison to the forest of what is now the Tierra del Fuego National Park, a century ago. You will relive those stories while contemplating forests, rivers, and mountains that hold secrets of these past times.

3. Short break in downtown Ushuaia

At noon, we return to downtown Ushuaia (approximately 1:30 PM), a few blocks from the port, where you will have a little time to have lunch or get ready before the next excursion: the penguin colony navigation.

4. In the afternoon: Penguin Colony Navigation through the Beagle Channel

The afternoon invites you to discover Ushuaia from the water, sailing through the legendary Beagle Channel and getting close to some of the most iconic landscapes and wildlife of the End of the World.

From the Ushuaia Tourist Port, the vessel sails into these historic waters, explored centuries ago by Charles Darwin and Fitz Roy themselves, to give you unique views and unforgettable wildlife encounters.

During the navigation you are going to enjoy:

  • 🐦 Bird Island: a true natural bird sanctuary where you will observe different marine species native to the Beagle Channel, like imperial and rock cormorants, gulls, skuas and, depending on the season, albatrosses and petrels. From the boat, you will see them flying, perching on the islets, and living together in this small corner of the sea.

  • 🏝️ Sea Lion Island: home to colonies of one and two-hair sea lions. You will be able to see them resting on the rocks, swimming around the island, or interacting with each other, in a natural setting that allows you to appreciate their behavior up close and respectfully.

  • ☀️ Les Éclaireurs Lighthouse: the undisputed icon of the Beagle Channel and one of the most recognized images of Ushuaia. Built in the early 20th century, this lighthouse is still in operation and marks navigation in these southern waters. It is popularly —although incorrectly— known as the Lighthouse at the End of the World, and it is the most photographed point of the tour: you haven't been to Ushuaia if you don't have your photo with the lighthouse!

  • 🐧 Martillo Island: undoubtedly the most awaited moment of the navigation. From the vessel, you will spot magellanic penguins and also gentoo penguins, walking along the shore or entering and leaving the water. All the sighting is done without disembarking, respecting their natural habitat and allowing you to live a unique experience in one of the most special corners of the Beagle Channel. Here we will be for about 40 minutes, while our captain turns the catamaran so you can see them from different angles.

After our Beagle Channel navigation experience, we return to the Ushuaia tourist port, leaving you with the unique feeling of having lived two of Ushuaia's unmissable classics in a single day. From the port, you will be able to continue enjoying the evening in the city or return to your accommodation at your own pace.

📅 Day 3: The Unmissable 4x4 Lakes Tour – Adventure towards the great Lakes

Unmissable 4x4 Lakes Excursion: nature, adventure, and flavors of the End of the World

The adventure begins at your accommodation, heading towards the most amazing landscapes of Tierra del Fuego along National Route No. 3. Aboard our comfortable 4×4 trucks, you will travel through valleys, mountains, and forests that look like they're from a postcard.

During this 4×4 experience you will visit:

  • Carbajal Valley: a valley of glacial origin, known for its peat bogs, forests, and views of the Fuegian Andes Mountains. A landscape very characteristic of Ushuaia's geography.

  • Siberianos de Fuego: we will visit a Siberian husky kennel, where you can meet them and share a unique moment with them, ideal for photos and puppy love.

  • Paso Garibaldi Viewpoint: a stop at the only mountain pass in Tierra del Fuego. From this viewpoint, you get panoramic views of Lake Escondido and Lake Fagnano, two of the great lakes of Tierra del Fuego, in an imposing mountain setting.

  • Off-road section: the real 4×4 adventure begins, crossing off-road paths through mud, forest, and coastal sectors that only a 4×4 can handle. A journey full of adrenaline that culminates on the shores of Lake Fagnano, one of the largest lakes in Argentina and the heart of the excursion.

On the shore of Lake Fagnano, a regional appetizer with drinks (water, soda, or wine) awaits you, ideal for enjoying a moment of pause in front of this imposing landscape.

Later, the experience continues and closes at Villa Las Cotorras, a historic winter center in Ushuaia, where you will share a lunch with options for all tastes:

  • 🍖 All-you-can-eat Fuegian lamb: house and regional specialty.
  • 🍝 Homemade pasta: for those who prefer another option.
  • 🥤 One beverage included (water or soda): to complete this gastronomic experience.
  • 🍨 Dessert and Mono's Coffee: the famous coffee made over hot coals, to close the lunch in the best way possible.

A day full of landscapes, adventure, and Patagonian flavors that you will remember as one of the great moments of your trip.

📅 Day 4: King Crab Route in Puerto Almanza

1. Gastronomic excursion: King Crab Route

On this last day you will live a unique gastronomic experience. We pick you up directly from your accommodation to travel towards northeast Ushuaia, covering about 70 km along the famous King Crab Route, until reaching Puerto Almanza, the southernmost artisanal fishing village in Argentina, on the shores of the Beagle Channel.

During this day of gastronomic adventure, you will:

  • Travel along National Route No. 3 and cross the Carbajal Valley, the Tierra Mayor Valley, and the Ushuaia winter centers area, with views of emblematic places like Cerro Castor, the southernmost ski resort in the world.

  • Reach Rancho Hambre, a key historical site of Tierra del Fuego (first colonization attempt of the island). From here, we take Provincial Route J, a gravel road that goes deep into native nothofagus forests, accompanied by the Lasifashaj River.

  • Discover Victoria Lagoon, surrounded by forests and peat bogs, in a natural setting of great beauty.

  • Visit the famous Flag Tree, a natural symbol shaped by Patagonian winds, which shows nature's power to adapt to the extreme weather conditions of the region.

And finally, upon arriving at Puerto Almanza, you will experience the most special moment of this trip:

  • Learn about the work of artisanal fishermen, who head out daily in small boats to navigate the Beagle Channel coast to catch king crab, mussels, oysters, and fish.

  • Savor an exclusive lunch at a local restaurant, with the freshest products straight from the sea to your table. The standard menu includes fresh fish or seafood of the day, and if you choose the premium version of the tour, you will taste the famous Fuegian king crab, a true seafood feast. If you prefer not to eat fish, traditional à la carte options are also available.

After lunch, we will take a short accessible walk to the Goblin’s Waterfall, one of the most beautiful natural attractions in the area. The trail is easy, passing through lenga forests and riverside sectors, ideal for stretching your legs and enjoying an active moment before heading back to Ushuaia.

Final transfer to the airport

When it is time to return, two hours before your flight departure we will take you comfortably from your accommodation to the airport, ensuring that your trip ends as relaxed and comfortable as it began.

The order of activities may vary depending on the day's organization, but the quality of your experience will always be respected.
