1
Departure from the Port of Ushuaia

Lobos sailing has two daily departures: one in the morning and the other one in the afternoon. We will be waiting for you at the Port of Ushuaia at the time of your choice, ready to start the day.
The tour begins with a tour of Ushuaia Bay. We sail through the Beagle Channel, home to all kinds of marine mammals. Above all, we want you to be comfortable: we go aboard our Canoero Catamarans. With 2018 and 2019 models, it is the most modern fleet of catamarans in Ushuaia.

2
Bird Island

From the boat, we skirt the "Isla de los Pájaros" (Bird Island). The biodiversity of the place is incredible. If you like birds, you are going to go crazy: barred eagles, Black-browed Albatrosses, Steamer Ducks, Gulls, Black-browed Gulls and Grey Gulls. Our guide will tell you curiosities and teach you how to recognize each species.

3
Lobos Island

The crossing continues to another essential point of the Bridges archipelago: the island of the wolves. These animals are a lot of fun. They live in packs, and when it is breeding season, they get into fights worthy of a Venezuelan soap opera. Sea lions definitely know how to put on a show. Bring your camera, you will want to take a thousand pictures.

4
Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse
Vista panorámica del famoso faro Les Eclaireus, mal llamado "Faro del Fin del Mundo"

At Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse we make the most awaited stop. You will be able to take the famous photo with the lighthouse behind, that unmissable photo that we all want to take as a souvenir. Did you know that although many people call it the Lighthouse of the End of the World, this is incorrect? Our guide will tell you the history of this landmark and where the confusion comes from.
In addition, you will meet the birds that Charles Darwin fell in love with during his trip to Patagonia: the imperial cormorants and rock cormorants. And as in any self-respecting navigation, we tell you anecdotes of shipwrecks.

5
Karelo Island

We disembark at Karelo Island. We take an optional walk to see archaeological remains of the ancient natives of the area: the Yamanas.
The Yamana were nomadic canoeists who spent most of their time sailing. In their narrow canoes they hunted sea lions, penguins and even whales. In the center of their boats always burned a fire on an earthen floor with stones.
Now you know why Tierra del Fuego is called what it is called. How many more things will you learn on this tour?
What we were going to say: the walk lasts approximately 15 minutes. It is not difficult and can be done with people of all ages. In winter it is subject to the amount of snow or ice (remember that we are in the south of the world).

What we were going to say: the walk lasts approximately 15 minutes. It is not difficult and can be done with people of all ages. In winter it is subject to the amount of snow or ice (remember that we are in the south of the world).

Back to Ushuaia
