¿El paquete se cancela por mal tiempo?

Para nada. Este paquete se puede disfrutar todos los días del año sin importar el clima. En el caso de la Navegación, el servicio está sujeto a condiciones climáticas. El recorrido puede llegar a ser alterado parcial o totalmente debido a imprevistos meteorológicos. En caso de cumplirse el 70% del recorrido programado, no se efectúan reembolsos.

¿Este paquete es apto para todas las edades?

Sí, este paquete es ideal para toda la familia. Las actividades son cómodas, seguras y con caminatas cortas, accesibles para niños, adultos y adultos mayores.

¿Qué ropa tengo que llevar en primavera?

En primavera el clima empieza a templarse, pero todavía puede variar. Lo ideal es llevar ropa cómoda y algún abrigo liviano a mano: Remera o camiseta térmica Buzo o campera liviana Pantalón largo Calzado apto para caminatas (impermeable y con buena suela) Campera impermeable Siempre conviene sumar un gorro liviano o una bufanda. Recordá que el clima puede cambiar, así que más vale estar preparado para todo.

¿La entrada al Parque Nacional está incluida?

No, ya que por disposición de la Administración de Parques Nacionales, la entrada debe abonarse personalmente en el ingreso al parque en efectivo. Si querés pagar con tarjeta, visitá el sitio web de Parques Nacionales para abonarla de forma virtual. Es un costo aparte de la excursión y se cobra según categoría (residencia).

¿Desde dónde sale el catamarán?

La salida es desde el Puerto Turístico de Ushuaia, en pleno centro. El punto exacto se indica claramente en la reserva. Debés llegar al menos 30 minutos antes para embarcar con tranquilidad.

¿El paquete incluye guía?

Sí, en todas nuestras excursiones contamos con un guía especializado. Sin embargo, para este paquete no contamos con guía en portugués para la excursión en catamarán.

¿Qué pasa si mi vuelo se retrasa?

¡No te preocupes! Monitoreamos constantemente los vuelos, así que si tu vuelo se retrasa o adelanta, ajustamos el horario automáticamente para asegurarte que vamos a estar esperándote puntualmente cuando aterrices.

¿Ofrecen sillas infantiles?

Vamos a explorar el Tierra del Fuego National Park, el único parque nacional de nuestra Argentina que reúne bosques, montañas y mar en un mismo lugar. Te llevamos directamente a descubrir sus most emblematic spots: la famosa Lapataia Bay, el bellísimo Acigami Lake, the Green Lagoon and Ensenada Zaratiegui Bay, the most captivating corners of the park.

Además, vas a subirte al famous End of the World Train, donde vas a revivir en tiempo y espacio los last 7 km of the original route que realizaban diariamente los antiguos presos del Ushuaia Prison, passing through paisajes históricos de bosques, valles y arroyos que aún conservan vestigios de aquella época.

🐧 Por la tarde: Navegación Pingüinera (aprox. 14:30 hs)

2. Enjoy Ushuaia freely

This day is yours to enjoy at your own pace to get to know the city, taste local flavors, visit shops and museums, or simply relax while enjoying the unique atmosphere of the End of the World.

📅 Day 2: National Park + End of the World Train + Penguin Navigation

1. In the morning: Tierra del Fuego National Park

Early in the morning, we will pick you up directly from your accommodation in Ushuaia to take you to discover the Tierra del Fuego National Park, the only national park in Argentina that brings together forest, sea, and mountains in one place, visiting its iconic points:

Lapataia Bay:
The end of National Route No. 3 and the Pan-American Highway, the same one that connects Ushuaia with Alaska, a symbolic point and one of the most sought-after photos by travelers: you will take the iconic photo with the sign, an internationally recognized symbol.

Roca / Acigami Lake:
A glacier-fed lake, shared with our Chilean neighbors. Its original name, Acigami, comes from the Yaghan indigenous people and means “elongated basket,” referring to the lake's shape. You will contemplate one of the largest and most beautiful bodies of water in the national park, famous for its absolute calm and the imposing mountains and forests that surround it.

Laguna Verde:
An emerald-colored lagoon surrounded by forests, a place that attracts travelers for the unique beauty of its waters and its views of Cerro Cóndor, the natural border between Argentina and Chile. A perfect corner to relax, breathe fresh air, and enjoy the natural essence of Ushuaia.

Ensenada Zaratiegui Bay:
With its historic pier, Ensenada Zaratiegui Bay is known for its panoramic views of the Beagle Channel, Redonda Island, and its flag tree forest. Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to visit the southernmost post office of the Correo Argentino.

2. End of the World Train

You will live the historical experience of the famous End of the World Train, reliving in time and space the last 7 kilometers of the original route that former prisoners used to travel every day from the Ushuaia Prison to the forest of what is now the Tierra del Fuego National Park, a century ago. You will relive those stories while contemplating forests, rivers, and mountains that hold secrets of these past times.

3. Short break in downtown Ushuaia

At noon, we return to downtown Ushuaia (approximately 1:30 PM), a few blocks from the port, where you will have a little time to have lunch or get ready before the next excursion: the penguin colony navigation.

4. In the afternoon: Penguin Colony Navigation through the Beagle Channel

The afternoon invites you to discover Ushuaia from the water, sailing through the legendary Beagle Channel and getting close to some of the most iconic landscapes and wildlife of the End of the World.

From the Ushuaia Tourist Port, the vessel sails into these historic waters, explored centuries ago by Charles Darwin and Fitz Roy themselves, to give you unique views and unforgettable wildlife encounters.

During the navigation you are going to enjoy:

🐦 Bird Island: a true natural bird sanctuary where you will observe different marine species native to the Beagle Channel, like imperial and rock cormorants, gulls, skuas and, depending on the season, albatrosses and petrels. From the boat, you will see them flying, perching on the islets, and living together in this small corner of the sea.

🏝️ Sea Lion Island: home to colonies of one and two-hair sea lions. You will be able to see them resting on the rocks, swimming around the island, or interacting with each other, in a natural setting that allows you to appreciate their behavior up close and respectfully.

☀️ Les Éclaireurs Lighthouse: the undisputed icon of the Beagle Channel and one of the most recognized images of Ushuaia. Built in the early 20th century, this lighthouse is still in operation and marks navigation in these southern waters. It is popularly —although incorrectly— known as the Lighthouse at the End of the World, and it is the most photographed point of the tour: you haven't been to Ushuaia if you don't have your photo with the lighthouse!

🐧 Martillo Island: undoubtedly the most awaited moment of the navigation. From the vessel, you will spot magellanic penguins and also gentoo penguins, walking along the shore or entering and leaving the water. All the sighting is done without disembarking, respecting their natural habitat and allowing you to live a unique experience in one of the most special corners of the Beagle Channel. Here we will be for about 40 minutes, while our captain turns the catamaran so you can see them from different angles.

After our Beagle Channel navigation experience, we return to the Ushuaia tourist port, leaving you with the unique feeling of having lived two of Ushuaia's unmissable classics in a single day. From the port, you will be able to continue enjoying the evening in the city or return to your accommodation at your own pace.

Tuvimos la posibilidad de coincidir con esta agencia para realizar nuestras excursiones en Ushuaia y estamos más que contentos. Mis papás fueron a Ushuaia 1 semana y quise darles la sorpresa de ir sin avisarles, por lo que contraté la excursión 4x4 (de las mejores) y darles la sorpresa al pasarlos a buscar. Agradable paseo en catamarán por el canal beagle con paradas en el faro y la isla de pingüinos de Martillo. Este viaje es agradable y vale la pena si te gustan los faros y los pingüinos. El catamarán se acerca a los lugares de interés, y pasa mucho tiempo allí para permitir a los turistas obtener sus fotos. Vimos 3 tipos de pingüinos: Magallanes, Gentoo y un pingüino rey. Hay una cafetería a un precio razonable que sirve bebidas, sándwiches, galletas y aperitivos...

El paseo es hermoso, increíbles paisajes. El paseo en el tren es una experiencia, todo muy bien organizado para que todos disfruten del viaje, el relator del recorrido es muy claro en sus descripciones y datos históricos. No te lo pierdas

Not at all. This package can be enjoyed every day of the year regardless of the weather. In the case of the Navigation, the service is subject to weather conditions. The route may be partially or totally altered due to meteorological unforeseen events. If 70% of the scheduled route is completed, no refunds are made.

Is this package suitable for all ages?

Yes, this package is ideal for the whole family. The activities are comfortable, safe, and involve short walks, accessible for children, adults, and seniors.

What clothing should I wear in spring?

In spring, the climate begins to moderate, but it can still vary. The ideal is to wear comfortable clothing and some light warm clothing nearby:

Thermal t-shirt or base layer.
Sweatshirt or light jacket.
Long pants.
Footwear suitable for walking (waterproof and with good soles).
Waterproof jacket.

It is always advisable to add a light hat or a scarf. Remember that the weather can change, so it's better to be prepared for everything.

Is the entrance fee to the National Park included?

No, since by order of the National Parks Administration, the entrance fee must be paid personally at the park entrance in cash. If you wish to pay by card, visit the National Parks website to pay virtually. It is a separate cost from the excursion and is charged according to category (residency).

Where does the catamaran depart from?

The departure is from the Ushuaia Tourist Port, in the heart of downtown. The exact point is clearly indicated on the reservation. You must arrive at least 30 minutes early to board peacefully.

Does the package include a guide?

Yes, on all our excursions we have a specialized guide. However, for this package we do not have a Portuguese-speaking guide for the catamaran excursion.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Don't worry! We constantly monitor the flights, so if your flight is delayed or early, we automatically adjust the schedule to ensure that we will be waiting for you punctually when you land.

Do you offer child seats?

Yes, we have child seats available. We ask that you let us know in advance when making your booking so we can have them ready at the time of the transfer.
