📅 Day 1: Arrival in Ushuaia + City Tour through the southernmost city in the world

🛬 We welcome you at the airport.

We will be waiting for you to take you comfortably to your accommodation, so that from the very first moment you only focus on enjoying the End of the World.

🏘️ City Tour: discovering Ushuaia

You will begin to discover its essence in a relaxed and entertaining way. Imagine visiting viewpoints with unforgettable views, exploring neighborhoods full of history, and taking your first photo at the iconic Ushuaia city sign.

This is the perfect welcome, especially designed for you to have an authentic and close first encounter with the southernmost city in the world.

💡 Includes:
Transfer from the airport to your accommodation in Ushuaia.
Guided City Tour (approximately 1 hour and a half).

📅 Day 2: Tierra del Fuego National Park + End of the World Train + Beagle Channel Navigation

🌲🚂 In the morning (approx. 08:00 AM): National Park and End of the World Train

With this unique combo, we take you in the morning to explore Tierra del Fuego National Park, the only national park in Argentina where forests, mountains, and the sea meet in one landscape. You will visit Lapataia Bay, Lake Acigami, Green Lagoon, and the Alakush Center or Ensenada Zaratiegui (depending on the day's conditions), admiring how Ushuaia's nature transforms in autumn.

Also, you will board the End of the World Train, re-living the last 7 km of the original route taken daily by the former prisoners of the Ushuaia Prison, crossing historical landscapes that gave birth to this southern city.

⚓️ In the afternoon (approx. 02:30 PM): Beagle Channel Navigation

You will experience the classic Beagle Channel navigation. You will get a close-up look at the Les Éclaireurs Lighthouse, discover Sea Lion Island, and Bird Island. Additionally, you will disembark at Puerto Karelo for a short guided walk to discover archaeological remains of the Yámana people and enjoy unique panoramic views of the Beagle Channel with Ushuaia in the background. An ideal experience to live Ushuaia's nature in all its splendor.

At the end of this day full of special moments, you return to the tourist port in downtown Ushuaia with the satisfaction of having made the most of your time in the southernmost city in the world.

📅 Day 3: Unmissable 4x4 Lakes Tour – Adventure between mountains and forests

Live a different kind of day exploring the most surprising landscapes of Tierra del Fuego in 4×4 vehicles. Forests, valleys, and mountain roads will lead you to discover the Great Lakes of Tierra del Fuego, in an adventure that combines nature, excitement, and the typical flavors of the End of the World.

You will enjoy the views of Carbajal Valley, visit a Siberian husky kennel, marvel at Lake Escondido from Garibaldi Pass, and feel the adrenaline of the off-road sections until reaching Lake Fagnano, where an unforgettable experience awaits: a regional appetizer with drinks, the ideal moment to relax and enjoy the vastness of the landscape.

And to close this experience, at Villa Las Cotorras, a historic winter center in Ushuaia, you will enjoy a full lunch with one drink included: the classic all-you-can-eat Fuegian lamb or delicious homemade options.

📅 Day 4: King Crab Route – Flavors of the Beagle Channel

The perfect way to close your 4-day autumn package in Ushuaia is by traveling the King Crab Route and reaching Puerto Almanza, the southernmost small artisanal fishing village in Argentina, on the shores of the Beagle Channel and 70 km from Ushuaia.

The road combines National Route No. 3 and Provincial Route J, crossing native forests, the winding Lasifashaj River and the iconic Flag Tree.

In Puerto Almanza, you will get to know the lives of its fishermen and their daily connection with the sea. The finishing touch comes at a typical restaurant, where you will enjoy fresh flavors from the Beagle Channel and, in the premium option, the unmistakable king crab, one of the great delicacies of the south.

An experience that combines landscapes, stories, and gastronomy, to say goodbye to the End of the World in the best way.

✈️ Return transfer to the airport

When it's time to say goodbye, we will transfer you from your accommodation to the airport with the same comfort and peace of mind with which you began your journey.

This package is ideal for you, who wants to make the most of every day in Ushuaia, combining comfort, adventure, and the most beautiful autumn landscapes at the End of the World.

We take care of everything so you can simply enjoy every moment!

THIS IS HOW YOUR 4 DAYS WILL BE:

📅 Day 1: Arrival in Ushuaia + City Tour

1. We welcome you at the airport.

We wait for you at the airport and take you comfortably to your accommodation so that you can start your stay with peace of mind from the very first moment.

2. City Tour: first contact with Ushuaia

We will pick you up from your accommodation to enjoy a first encounter with the southernmost city in the world.

During this Ushuaia City Tour you will:

  • Visit the main viewpoints with panoramic views of the city and its surroundings.
  • Explore historic neighborhoods full of charm and authentic stories.
  • Take your photo at the famous Ushuaia city sign, with the Beagle Channel, the port, and the mountains in the background.
  • Have your first encounter with the commercial and cultural heart of the city.

At the end, we will take you back to your accommodation so you can rest and prepare for the coming days.

📅 Day 2: National Park + End of the World Train + Beagle Channel Navigation

1. In the morning: Tierra del Fuego National Park

Early in the morning, we will pick you up directly from your accommodation in Ushuaia to take you to discover the Tierra del Fuego National Park, the only national park in Argentina that brings together forest, sea, and mountains in one place, visiting its iconic points:

  • Lapataia Bay:
The end of National Route No. 3 and the Pan-American Highway, the same one that connects Ushuaia with Alaska, a symbolic point and one of the most sought-after photos by travelers: you will take the iconic photo with the sign, an internationally recognized symbol.

  • Roca / Acigami Lake:
A glacier-fed lake, shared with our Chilean neighbors. Its original name, Acigami, comes from the Yaghan indigenous people and means “elongated basket,” referring to the lake's shape. You will contemplate one of the largest and most beautiful bodies of water in the national park, famous for its absolute calm and the imposing mountains and forests that surround it.

  • Laguna Verde:
An emerald-colored lagoon surrounded by forests, a place that attracts travelers for the unique beauty of its waters and its views of Cerro Cóndor, the natural border between Argentina and Chile. A perfect corner to relax, breathe fresh air, and enjoy the natural essence of Ushuaia.

  • Ensenada Zaratiegui Bay or Alakush Visitor Center:
Depending on the day's conditions, you will enjoy a special final stop to complete your experience: it could be the Alakush Visitor Center, a warm refuge where you can relax, discover fascinating stories in its museum, and take home a special souvenir, or perhaps Ensenada Zaratiegui, a magical corner by the Beagle Channel where you can contemplate incredible panoramic views, such as Redonda Island, and see the last post office box of Correo Argentino. Whichever place is chosen, you will feel that you are closing your day in Ushuaia in the best possible way.

2. End of the World Train

You will live the historical experience of the famous End of the World Train, reliving in time and space the last 7 kilometers of the original route that former prisoners used to travel every day from the Ushuaia Prison to the forest of what is now the Tierra del Fuego National Park, a century ago. You will relive those stories while contemplating forests, rivers, and mountains that hold secrets of these past times.

3. Short break in downtown Ushuaia

At noon, we return to downtown Ushuaia (approximately 01:30 PM), a few blocks from the port, where you will have a little time to have lunch or get ready before the next excursion: the Beagle Channel navigation.

4. In the afternoon: Navigation through the Beagle Channel

The afternoon invites you to discover Ushuaia from the water, sailing through the legendary Beagle Channel and getting closer to some of the most emblematic landscapes and wildlife of the End of the World. From the Ushuaia Tourist Port, the boat enters these historic waters to give you unique views and unforgettable wildlife encounters.

During the navigation you are going to enjoy:

  • 🐦 Bird Island: a true natural bird sanctuary where you will observe different marine species native to the Beagle Channel, like imperial and rock cormorants, gulls, skuas and, depending on the season, albatrosses and petrels. From the boat, you will see them flying, perching on the islets, and living together in this small corner of the sea.

  • 🏝️ Sea Lion Island: home to colonies of one and two-hair sea lions. You will be able to see them resting on the rocks, swimming around the island, or interacting with each other, in a natural setting that allows you to appreciate their behavior up close and respectfully.

  • ☀️Les Éclaireurs Lighthouse: the undisputed icon of the Beagle Channel and one of the most recognized images of Ushuaia. Built in the early 20th century, this lighthouse is still in operation and marks navigation in these southern waters. It is popularly —although incorrectly— known as the Lighthouse at the End of the World, and it is the most photographed point of the tour: you haven't been to Ushuaia if you don't have your photo with the lighthouse!

  • 🛥️ Puerto Karelo (Bridges Islands): where you can disembark and take a short hike, discovering archaeological traces of the native peoples of these lands: the Yámanas. In addition, you will enjoy unique 360° panoramic views of the Beagle Channel with Ushuaia in the background.

The navigation returns to the tourist port of Ushuaia, leaving you with the unique feeling of having lived two of the unmissable classics of Ushuaia in the same day. From the port you are going to be able to continue enjoying the evening in the city or return to your accommodation at your own pace.

📅 Day 3: The Unmissable 4x4 Lakes Tour – Adventure towards the great Lakes

Unmissable 4x4 Lakes Excursion: nature, adventure, and flavors of the End of the World

The adventure begins from your accommodation, heading towards the most surprising landscapes of Tierra del Fuego. Aboard our comfortable 4×4 vehicles, you will travel through valleys, mountains, and forests that look like they are straight out of a postcard.

During this 4×4 experience you will visit:

  • Carbajal Valley: wide panoramic views and peat bogs that change color according to the season.
  • Siberianos del Fuego: the home of the friendly Siberian huskies.
  • Garibaldi Pass Lookout: the best views of Lake Escondido and Lake Fagnano.
  • Off-road section: pure adrenaline crossing mud, forest, and coastal paths until reaching Lake Fagnano, one of the largest in Argentina.

On the shore of Lake Fagnano, a regional appetizer with drinks (water, soda, or wine) awaits you, ideal for enjoying a moment of pause in front of this imposing landscape.

Later, the experience continues and closes at Villa Las Cotorras, a historic winter center in Ushuaia, where you will share a lunch with options for all tastes:

  • 🍖 All-you-can-eat Fuegian lamb: house and regional specialty.
  • 🍝 Homemade pasta: for those who prefer another option.
  • 🍗 Chicken or milanesas: accompanied by fresh salads.
  • 🥤 One drink included: to complete this gastronomic experience.
  • 🍨 Dessert and Mono's Coffee: the famous coffee made over hot coals, to close the lunch in the best way possible.

A day full of landscapes, adventure, and Patagonian flavors that you will remember as one of the great moments of your trip.

📅 Day 4: King Crab Route in Puerto Almanza

1. Gastronomic excursion: King Crab Route

On this last day you will live a unique gastronomic experience. We pick you up directly from your accommodation to travel towards northeast Ushuaia, covering about 70 km along the famous King Crab Route, until reaching Puerto Almanza, the southernmost artisanal fishing village in Argentina, on the shores of the Beagle Channel.

During this day of gastronomic adventure, you will:

  • Travel along National Route No. 3 and cross the Carbajal Valley, the Tierra Mayor Valley, and the Ushuaia winter centers area, with views of emblematic places like Cerro Castor, the southernmost ski resort in the world.

  • Reach Rancho Hambre, a key historical site of Tierra del Fuego (first colonization attempt of the island). From here, we take Provincial Route J, a gravel road that goes deep into native nothofagus forests, accompanied by the Lasifashaj River.

  • Discover Victoria Lagoon, surrounded by forests and peat bogs, in a natural setting of great beauty.

  • Visit the famous Flag Tree, a natural symbol shaped by Patagonian winds, which shows nature's power to adapt to the extreme weather conditions of the region.

And finally, upon arriving at Puerto Almanza, you will experience the most special moment of this trip:

  • Learn about the work of artisanal fishermen, who head out daily in small boats to navigate the Beagle Channel coast to catch king crab, mussels, oysters, and fish.

  • Savor an exclusive lunch at a local restaurant, with the freshest products straight from the sea to your table. The standard menu includes fresh fish or seafood of the day, and if you choose the premium version of the tour, you will taste the famous Fuegian king crab, a true seafood feast. If you prefer not to eat fish, traditional à la carte options are also available.

After lunch, we will take a short accessible walk to the Goblin’s Waterfall, one of the most beautiful natural attractions in the area. The trail is easy, passing through lenga forests and riverside sectors, ideal for stretching your legs and enjoying an active moment before heading back to Ushuaia.

Final transfer to the airport

When it is time to return, two hours before your flight departure we will take you comfortably from your accommodation to the airport, ensuring that your trip ends as relaxed and comfortable as it began.

The order of activities may vary depending on the day's organization, but the quality of your experience will always be respected.

🚀 Don't miss this unique experience in autumn. Book now and discover the End of the World during its quietest season!

The views were amazing and took lots of photos. Learned a brief history of the region. We were fortunate that we had good weather, so we were able to experience the full Navigation Beagle Channel. We got our passports stamped at two locations (the train station and the Beagle Channel) so those were a nice touch.
