SECTION 14: INDEMNIFICATION
Usted acepta indemnizar, defender y mantener indemne a EXCURSIONS IN USHUAIA y a nuestra empresa matriz, subsidiarias, afiliadas, asociados, funcionarios, directores, agentes, contratistas, licenciantes, proveedores de servicios, subcontratistas, proveedores, pasantes y empleados, de cualquier reclamo o demanda, incluidos los honorarios razonables de abogados, en los que un tercero haya incurrido debido a su incumplimiento de los presentes Términos del servicio o de los documentos que incorporan como referencia o que surjan por su incumplimiento de los mismos, o por la violación de cualquier ley o derechos de un tercero que haga.
SECTION 15: DIVISIBILITY
En caso de que se determine que alguna disposición de los presentes Términos del servicio sea ilegal, nula o inaplicable, dicha disposición será, no obstante, ejecutable en la medida en que lo permita la legislación aplicable, y la parte inaplicable se considerará separada de los presentes Términos del servicio, sin que dicha determinación afecte a la validez y aplicabilidad de las demás disposiciones.

21.1. Registro y Aprobación:
La participación en el Programa de Afiliados está sujeta a aprobación. Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar cualquier solicitud de afiliación por cualquier motivo, sin necesidad de justificación.
21.2. Responsabilidades del Afiliado:
El afiliado se compromete a promocionar de manera ética y profesional los servicios ofrecidos en excursionesenushuaia.com. No se permite el uso de publicidad engañosa, SPAM, ni ninguna práctica que pueda perjudicar la reputación de la marca.
21.3. Comisiones y Pagos:
Los afiliados recibirán comisiones por las ventas generadas a través de sus enlaces de afiliado únicos, conforme a las condiciones y porcentajes establecidos al momento de su inscripción. Los pagos se realizan mensualmente, siempre que se alcance el mínimo establecido. Nos reservamos el derecho de retener comisiones en caso de reembolsos, cancelaciones o detección de actividad sospechosa o fraudulenta.
21.4. Uso de Materiales Promocionales:
Proporcionamos materiales promocionales que deben ser utilizados conforme a las directrices de marca. Está prohibido modificar logotipos o imágenes oficiales sin autorización previa por escrito.
21.5. Duración y Terminación:
El afiliado puede abandonar el programa en cualquier momento notificando por escrito a EXCURSIONS IN USHUAIA. Asimismo, nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar su participación en el programa si se detecta incumplimiento de los términos, inactividad prolongada o cualquier actividad considerada perjudicial para la empresa.
21.6. Propiedad Intelectual:
El uso de marcas registradas, logotipos y contenido de EXCURSIONS IN USHUAIA está limitado exclusivamente a fines promocionales dentro del marco del Programa de Afiliados, y no implica ningún tipo de cesión de derechos.
21.7. Modificaciones al Programa:
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar en cualquier momento los términos del Programa de Afiliados, incluyendo pero no limitado a porcentajes de comisión, condiciones de pago, o políticas generales. Los cambios se comunicarán a través de los medios registrados, y el uso continuado del sistema implicará la aceptación de dichas modificaciones.
