You'll discover how the southernmost train on the planet works from inside this emblematic place when you arrive at the End of the World Station. You'll be able to see the historic engine room in full swing, explore the photo gallery that tells the history of the railroad, and if you like, grab a coffee or get a special souvenir from the gift shop.
3. All aboard the End of the World Train!
Llega el momento de subirte al famoso “prisoners' train," traveling the last 7 kilometers of the original route that the former prisoners traveled daily from the Ushuaia Prison to the forest of what is now the Tierra del Fuego National Park. During the trip, you'll relive those stories while gazing at forests and montañas teñidos de los colores del otoño, that hold secrets of past times. Plus, you'll see historical vestiges of the work of those prisoners, who were responsible for many of the fundamental constructions to Ushuaia until the middle of the siglo pasado.
4. La Macarena Station
We arrive at La Macarena Station, the place where the locomotives are supplied with water. There, you'll enjoy a unique time of absolute serenity at a viewpoint with incredible views: the beautiful Macarena Waterfall, the wide Pipo River Valley, Cerro Guanaco, Cerro La Portada, and Mount Susana. It's the perfect stop to take photos and appreciate the geography of Ushuaia before the whistle invites us back on board to continue the journey on the famous End of the World Train, renewed to continue your trip to the past.

Luego, continuamos y llegamos al Acigami Lake, lago cuyo nombre, proveniente del native Yámana people, means “elongated basket”, una referencia a la forma del lago.
